I have a BA from the Bellarmine University in Fine Arts Emphasis in Painting.
I have a Masters from the University of Louisville in Fine Arts Emphasis in Painting.
I am a high school upper level art and photography teacher. I teach the coolest students ever and love my job.
I helped students create three large scale murals at the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville, Ky.
My photos have been published in "Capturing Kentuckiana."

Update on Van's Contest

I just wanted to thank everyone who voted. My students are now moving on as one of the top four to the National Van's Custom Culture Shoe Contest in LA. They are very excited. I will update this when we get back from the competition. We couldn't have done it without all the support we got from friends, family, the school district, surrounding districts, local businesses, and complete strangers. This is by far the most rewarding thing I have ever done as a teacher.

My students created four pairs of shoes for the Van's Custom Culture Shoe Contest. They worked really hard and didn't get sleep finishing them in two weeks. If we win they get free trips to LA and our art department could win $10,000. We could really use the money with the budget cuts this year. Please help support the arts by going to:

We were the first school to have a skate team in Kentucky. We were recently told we could no longer have one and I am hoping this will also be a way
